Our services
We provide professional carpet, rug, upholstery, mattress, car interior, and pushchair cleaning services. All services are subject to a pre-clean assessment. We reserve the right to decline a booking or adjust our approach if we consider it necessary to protect your property or our equipment. We will always discuss this with you before proceeding.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes provided by phone or via our website are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed on the day following an assessment of the area to be cleaned. We will not proceed with any work without your agreement on price. Prices are inclusive of all standard treatments unless otherwise stated.
Bookings and cancellations
Bookings are confirmed by phone or email. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice where we have incurred costs in preparation.
Payment
Payment is due on the day of the clean once you are satisfied with the results. We accept cash and bank transfer. We do not require a deposit for standard bookings.
Liability
We take every care when working in your home. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our negligence, please notify us immediately so we can resolve the matter. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or damage resulting from defects in your carpets or upholstery that were not disclosed to us before the clean. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
Results
We use professional-grade equipment and cleaning solutions and aim to achieve the best possible results. However, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains, particularly those that are old, set-in, or caused by certain substances. We will always advise you honestly about what to expect before we begin.
